Absolutely brilliant worked instantly no problems!! Great value for money and thanks for the link to the Mac OS config instructions. I would like to share a tip with other Mac users on O/S 10.6 ... The older Huawei E160 /169 a.k.a. vodafone K3520 has an incompatibility with Snow Leopard OS 10.6 3 Australia have a nice firmware update here http://www.three.com.au/cs/ContentServer?c=Page&pagename=Three%2FPage%2F... You have to scroll about halfway down the page and be sure to select the "Mac > Installation for Mac 10.6 only (zip, 11.4MB)" It loads 3's connection manager (which is fine and let's you set up multiple connections but is somewhat redundant on the Mac) but in the process updates the stick's firmware and immediately asks for the unlock code... from there simply follow Kingmobile's instructions and all works great. Many thanks to you Ben!!

I wasn't sure how this all worked so I emailed KingMobilePhone and was informed of the process and told where I could download some software that makes it easy to use the modem across all networks (as it came from three it had three's softrware pre-installed). I downloaded the software for free and purchased the unlock code to unlock my e156g modem - it worked a charm. The unlock code came through quickly (within 30mins) and I was then able to use my o2 sim card in the three modem, and now I have fast mobile internet at a very cheap cost (o2 sim with unlimited data, and unlocked three modem). The code delivery was fast, service was excellent and email help was 10/10.

Well, this is my first, and instantaneously successful test. Yesterday I ordered the unlock code and got a confirmation, but also the info that the code server was down and that I'd get the code ASAP. Today I received a new email, containing the code, links to the "Mobile Partner" software (the unbranded Huawei program) and instructions how to unlock. Works like a charm, I am writing this now, using a three.co.uk branded E156G with a German Vodafone SIM inserted, roaming in the Netherlands. Very good!

Mistakenly thought that my e-mails were being ignored, but turned out BT had sent replies to me straight to spam folder. Once this had been realised I was very impressed with the excellent service Ben provided for unlock and debrand for Sony K850i. Very easy to follow instructions with assistance offered should it be required. Does what he promises with regards to reply times. Would recommend to anyone wishing to unlock/debrand their mobiles.
